your health - by offering free or low cost classes and screenings, and by
working with community agencies to refer patients to services.
Our childbirth education classes
are free and open to those expecting within the next two to three months. Please
bring a pillow and blanket to aid you during our relaxation exercises. Classes
start the first Tuesday of every month, from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm in the Clearlake
Family Health Center Conference Room, 15230 Lakeshore Drive, Clearlake. Call
995-5875 to register for the next series of classes.
