Outpatient Rehabilitation Services is headed by Ron J. Ryskalczyk, PT, MAOM, the Regional Director of Rehabilitation Services. In addition to his managerial duties involving four facilities in Lake and Napa counties, he has practiced manual therapy for over 35 years. He specializes in biomechanics, golf conditioning, custom orthotics, ergonomics and spine and sports rehabilitation. An outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys working with athletes of all ages and skill levels. His designation of "PT" indicates a graduate degree in physical therapy, and "MAOM" indicates a Masters degree in Organizational Management.

An avid runner, Chiyako Ito, MPT, has been working in Lake County for seven years specializing in aquatic and orthopedic rehabilitation. Her most recent area of interest is Womens Health.

Roxanne Nelson, OTR/L, CHT, CLT has over 20 years of experience and was previously with The Queen of the Valley Medical Center in Napa for 8 years. In addition to being an experienced O.T., Roxanne is nationally certified as a Hand Therapist and as a Lymphedema Therapist. Her expertise includes fabricating splints for extremity support post injury or surgery and providing therapy including manual lymph drainage and compressive wrappings for chronic swelling problems.

Ruth Tallent, OT has practiced for over 30 years in a wide variety of clinic settings. She is experienced in hand therapy, shoulder dysfunction, pediatrics, and neuro-rehabilitation. Ruth divides her time between our clinic and a skilled nursing facility. Occupational Therapy (OT) helps people recover their ability to do the day-to-day tasks that occupy their time, sustain themselves, and enable them to contribute to the wider community.

Elizabeth Gatton, SLP has provided speech pathology services in Lake County for over 30 years. She brings to our clinic a wide range of expertise in speech/language therapy for all age groups. She specializes in the rehabilitation of stroke and head trauma patients.

Doug Van Horn, PTA, WCC, is wound care certified. He has over ten years experience in various clinical locations specializing in outpatient care. He has received additional training in ergonomics, deep tissue massage, wound care, and personal strength training. Physical therapist assistants (PTAs) work under the direction and supervision of a physical therapist.

Paul Marquardt, PTA brings over ten years of outpatient experience to our clinic. Paul has received additional training in the treatment of neurological disorders. Paul also provides services to our Home Care department.
